At Delish ME we understand that everyone has unique dietary needs and goals. That's why we have developed a personalized meal program that caters specifically to each individual. Our program provides two containers of specially crafted meals per day, for five days a week. Each container contains a carefully calculated daily allowance of macro nutrients, ensuring that you get the right balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats to support your health and weight loss journey.

But we also believe in flexibility and enjoyment. We know that sometimes you may crave a snack or want to incorporate other foods into your diet. That's why we leave room for you to have snacks or include other items outside of the program. We want to make this program as convenient and enjoyable for you as possible.
